Documents to be send : (a) Our Application form completed all respect and duly signed by the adoptive parents. (b) Birth certificate of adoptive parents(certificate true copies),marriage certificate,income certificate,certificate from gynecologist,two photographs of the adoptive parents. |

| Other Deatils : (a) Age limit of the adoptive parents should be less than 90 (sum of age of mother and father) (b)Legal procedures will take about six months to complete.The adoptive parents will get the Birth Certificate incorporating their names as father and mother.there won't be any reference of adoption of Mathruchaya in birth certificate. (c)Adoptive parents will have to come twice in the court in Goa. |
